Our IYJ series hydraulic winch features an integrated design combining a valve block (one‑way balancing valve and high‑pressure shuttle valve for brake control), hydraulic motor, Z‑type brake, KC or GC planetary gear reducer, drum, frame, and clutch into a single package. This hydraulic winch provides high starting torque, excellent low‑speed stability, high efficiency, and low noise, with a spring‑applied multi‑disc brake that holds the full rated load when hydraulic pressure is released. Widely used in petroleum machinery, mining equipment, drilling rigs, and ship deck machinery, the hydraulic winch can be configured with pulling capacities from 500 kg to 50,000 kg in foot‑mounted or side‑mounted arrangements.
